But as a parent, it can be even more difficult when it's time for your baby to receive one. Sometimes a baby will have a mild reaction to a vaccination, and might have trouble sleeping as a result. You can help decrease your baby's discomfort by making sure he's comfortable and well-rested when visiting the doctor's office and you can use home treatments to help relieve some of the more common minor reactions to vaccinations.

If your child develops a slight fever, try giving him acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil). This can help reduce a fever and alleviate any pain felt in the location of the shot. Remember to never give aspirin to your baby because of the risk of Reye's Syndrome. The injection site might also become red and swollen. A cool compress or ice pack applied to the site for approximately 10 to 20 minutes can also provide relief. A mild skin rash might develop 7 to 14 days following the injection, particularly with the chickenpox or measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine. Though this type of rash can last for several days, it usually disappears on its own without treatment.

You might find your baby is more fretful and restless and refuse to eat following a vaccination. If you can keep the commotion down at home, and cuddle and hold your child when he needs it, it will help him feel more comfortable and relaxed when it comes to bedtime. Also make sure he has plenty of liquids. Keeping the house and the room baby sleeps in at a comfortable temperature will also help, as he's more likely to be fussy and restless if he's too warm. Try to keep in mind that if your baby does become a bit restless in the night that the discomfort is only temporary, and he's most likely to get right back on track with his sleeping and eating schedule soon.

Dr. William Sears, father of eight and a practicing pediatrician for over 30 years, suggests that the following SIDS risk lowering steps can help parents can reduce the risk and create a nurturing, safe, and comfortable environment for their little one, both pre-natally and post-natally.

The first step, according to Dr. Sears, is giving your baby a healthy womb environment. Although the SIDS risk in premature babies is higher, the good news is that over 99 percent of premature infants don't die of SIDS and that mothers-to-be can take pre-emptive steps to lessen their baby's risk to SIDS with smart prenatal choices. He advises getting good prenatal care, feeding yourself properly with lots of high-nutrition foods, and giving your baby a drug-free and smoke-free womb are three great ways to decrease the risk.

He also advises keeping your baby comfortably warm, but not too warm. Over-bundling, and consequently overheating, has been shown to increase the risk of SIDS. Overheating may disrupt the normal neurological control of sleep and breathing. The respiratory control center in the brain is affected by abnormal changes in temperature, and SIDS researchers believe that overheating may cause respiratory control centers in some babies to fail.

Make sure your baby's head is uncovered, and put your baby to sleep on his side or back. When baby sleeps on her stomach, or prone, with her cheek and abdominal organs against the bedding, these prime areas of heat release are covered, thus conserving heat. Also, never bundle a sick baby, as babies who are sick tend to have fevers, and bundling only increases body temperature. Keep the room temperature where your baby sleeps around 68 degrees, unless you have a preterm or newborn weighing less than eight pounds; then you might want to increase the temperature by a few degrees. As a general guide, dress and cover your infant in as much, or as little, clothing and blankets as you would put on yourself. Then, let your hands be a thermostat. Babies who are overheated tend to be more restless as well.

Adam and Eve chose to name their children, Cain, Abel and Seth.

In the United States, Cain is still in use as a name for a boy today. Cain made the top 1000 list of boys' names in 1994, 1996 and 1997, according to the Social Security Administration.

Since 1880, when the Social Security Administration started tracking this data, Abel has remained in the top 1000 list of boys' names, with the only exception being in 1905. For the last two decades, Abel has been hovering in the 300s of the top 1000 list of boy names.

Seth has been even more popular than his two brothers. Seth has been on the list every single year since 1880. From 1978 to 1997, Seth hovered between 90 and 106. Between 1998 and 2005, Seth ranged between 63 and 90, hitting its peak in 2000. In 2006, Seth slipped back into the 100s, and it dropped to 128 in 2008.

Solomon has held a place in the middle of the list, since 1880.

Solomon's son David represents one of the most popular baby names in the history of the top 1000 list. David has never dipped below number 32 on the list. David maintained a single-digit ranking from 1937 to 1991, hitting the number one spot once in 1960. Since 1992, David has maintained its popularity, placing year-after-year in the lower- to mid-teens in the top 1000 list of baby names for boys.

Joseph outperforms David in its overall popularity. Joseph hit its lowest ranking in the top 1000 list of baby names for boys, according to the Social Security rankings, in 1968 and 1970, when it dropped to number 16. But contrary to David, Joseph has never risen higher than number five on the list. David did manage to maintain single-digit rankings from 1880 to 1933, again in 1991, and from 1999 to 2004.

Mary, mother of Jesus, has put everyone else to shame. Mary was the top-rated baby name for girls from 1880 to 1946, and then it dropped to number two from 1947 to 1952. Mary became the top name again in 1953 and held the spot until 1961. Mary remained in the single-digits until 1971, before dropping out of the single-digits altogether. Mary managed to remain in the top 50 names for baby girls until 2001, and then it began trending downwards on a consistent basis. In 2008, Mary had reached its lowest level in history, when it hit number 97.

Jesus has been in the top 1000 list since 1880, with one exception in 1891. Jesus has been trending upward as a favorite boys name since 1941. In 1990, Jesus reached the top 100 for the first time in history, and peaked at 66 in 2001 and 2002. In 2008, Jesus was the 79th most popular name for baby boys.

Matthew has made the top 1000 list of boy names since the government started collecting this data. Matthew bounced between 105 and 209, between 1880 and 1955. Beginning in 1956, Matthew breached the coveted top 100 lists, and then in 1972 and 1973, it was the tenth most popular name on the list. Beginning in 1974, Matthew entered into single-digits, peaking at number two in 1995 and 1996. In 2008, Matthew returned to double-digits, sitting at number ten.

Mark has never dipped below 256 on the list of popular names for boys. It remained in the lower single-digits from 1955 to 1970, peaking at number six between 1959 and 1964. Mark has been trending downwards since 1971 and currently sits at 139.

Luke reached its lowest point on the list in 1942 at 601. It broke into the top 100 for the first time in 1980, and has maintained its top-100 status since 1992. It is currently trending upward and sitting at number 43.

John was the number one boy name from 1880 to 1923. It did not drop from the top 10 until 1987. It is still trending downwards, hitting number 20 for the first time in history in 2008.

Paul has also been a perennial favorite, maintaining a place in the top 100 through 1999. It peaked at number 12 in 1916, 1930 and 1931. Between 1893 and 1973, Paul hovered in the teens to mid-twenties. Since 2000, Paul has slipped into the low- to mid-100s, and it is currently trending downwards.

People have been naming their children after Biblical characters, since before people began to write the Bible stories down on paper. Even in the 21st century, Biblical names remain very popular for a lot of new parents.

Biblical names are in some cases more popular than they have ever been in history. The continued strength of Biblical baby names indicates that baby names derived from Scripture should continue with us for a very long time.

As a vacation home rental owner and operator of a vacation rentals by owner advertising website, I have been following the situation closely with regards to the recent sharp decline in both real estate prices (commercial and single family homes) and the stock market. Like a lot of investors out there that I have spoken with, I pulled my savings out of the stock market a few months ago (phew...) and have been wondering what to do with my investment capital.

I recently read an article on the RIS Media site. This was an interesting read - their main point was that housing prices in many markets have declined significantly in the last several months, making it a good time to consider investing in real estate. Based on my own experience, this is especially true in real estate markets where one tends to find a lot of vacation rentals. Those markets seem to be driven by speculation as opposed to serious longer term investors.

Based on that, I did some research of my own to verify that was I suspected was true was actually true. I looked at some of the inventory on my vacation rentals advertising website, including the markets I am most familiar with. This included Kissimmee FL, Destin Beach, FL, Lake Tahoe, CA, Breckenridge, CO, and Las Vegas, Nevada. I looked at how many listings we had in each of those markets, and I looked at general real estate data showing foreclosures and overall pricing levels. What I found was that while our number of active listings in each of those markets either stayed about the same or increased in the past several months, those markets were extremely hard hit with the recent decline in overall real estate prices.

Assuming vacation rentals owners are rational, they will not continue to pay to advertise their vacation rentals if there is no demand for their vacation rentals by renters. In my own vacation rentals in Florida and Tennessee, I have seen farily steady demand. I have had to offer some discounts, but that is mostly because everyone that is traveling seems to think that it should be at a greatly reduced price due to the overall economy being where it is.

So, all that said, I have concluded the following:

  • I am still very nervous about re-investing in the stock market; real estate is looking pretty much like it is at a bottom right now.
  • The demand from renters for vacation rentals is still pretty strong.
  • By picking up vacation rentals investment properties for up to 40% less than what they sold for a year ago, my mortgage payment will be lower, which will increase my potential cashflow from the vacation rental.
  • I am going to look for some really good deals on properties in markets that have been hit pretty hard by sharp price declines due to the speculators getting flushed out of the market.
  • I am going to get creative on the discounting of my vacation rentals so if I do happen to pick one up in this buyer's market, I'll be sure to keep it as utilized as I can so I can cover my costs.
  • Best of luck to the rest of the owner community out there,

Twins are double the fun and double the trouble.

Once mom realizes that she is sporting two under the hood, the challenges of naming her unborn children becomes much more difficult. Should she just choose two distinct names, or should she choose two names that fit well together or have a relationship to one another?

If she decides to name the twins with names that fit together beautifully, then comes the question of how closely the names should resemble each other? For example, a friend of the family named her twin girls, Cindy and Mindy. Another couple named their twin boys, Bill and Will.

Other parents may choose to match the names based on a shared first letter, such as Brian and Brad, or the #1 baby name combination for twins, Jacob and Joshua. The 11th most popular name pair for twins is the girls, Hailey and Hannah.

Some parents like to choose names that have a historical relationship, like Elijah and Isaiah from the Bible (14th most popular). Other popular combinations for pseudo-Biblical names are the combination for girls, Faith and Hope, the 4th most popular; and Faith and Grace, which is the 34th most common baby name pair for twin girls.

Other popular twin names from a Biblical origin include: Isaac and Isaiah, Jonathan and Joshua, Benjamin and Samuel, James and John, Christian and Christopher, Jacob and Matthew, Jacob and Joseph, John and Joseph, and Hannah and Sarah.

The 29th most popular combination for twin names is Alexander and Zachary, an A-to-Z combination in baby names.

Some names were used multiple times in the naming pairs, which indicated that those baby names are generally popular. For boys, the favorite names are: Jacob, John, Joshua, Matthew, Joseph, Benjamin, Alexander and Andrew. For girls, the favorite names are: Hannah, Madison, Jordan, Emma, Emily and Elizabeth.

For fraternal twins, the most popular choices include (boys name first): Mason and Madison, Justin and Jordan, Ethan and Emma, Ethan and Emily, Matthew and Madison, Jacob and Jordan, Joshua and Jordan, and Landon and Logan.

    Famous Twins in History

Ann Landers and Abigail Van Buren were twin sisters, who both went on to write syndicated advice columns for more than 50 years.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen starred in the 1980s TV Sitcom "Full House", as children. They remain famous for their antics as reported in celebrity magazines.

Tegan and Sara Quin are independent singer/songwriters, whose CD "So Jealous" was featured in Rolling Stone magazine in 2004, as one of the year's top 50 best albums of the year.

Dylan and Cole Sprouse appeared as twin brothers on the shows, "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" and "The Suite Life on Deck", both appearing on the Disney Channel.

    The Twins of Famous People

Elvis Presley's twin brother Jesse Garon died at birth.

Justin Timberlake's fraternal twin sister Laura Katherine died shortly after birth.

Kiefer Southerland's twin sister, Rachel, is a post-production supervisor working in film and television in Toronto.

Actress Scarlett Johansson has a twin brother by the name of Hunter, who worked as a campaign organizer for the Obama campaign in Denver, Colorado.

Ashton Kutcher's fraternal twin brother, Michael, still lives in Iowa and works as a salesman.

Jill Hennessey of "Law and Order" fame has a twin sister, Jacqueline, who is a star in her own right in Canada, hosting a current affairs television program called, "Medical Intelligence".

Alanis Morissette has a twin brother, Wade, who blends his own music with yoga. Wade is a star in his own right in the yoga community.

Jon Heder, famous for his role as "Napoleon Dynamite", has an identical twin brother with whom he set up a production company in the film industry. Daniel Heder worked as an animator on the movie "Monster House".

    In Conclusion

For many parents, figuring out what they will name one child is challenge enough... But preparing to name two children is always more difficult...

There is a lot to think about when selecting baby names for twins, but in the end, all new parents will do just fine with this task...

Jeb Maxwell http://www.findvacationrentals.com/ <![CDATA[Vacation Home Swaps - Are They Right For You?]]> http://stephhealth.com/?p=216 2010-04-08T08:59:26Z 2010-04-07T22:20:05Z Many people have discovered the option of the vacation rental of homes or condos as an interesting alternative to the conventional idea of renting a room or suite at a hotel, motel or resort. When you opt for a vacation rental, you frequently get more space than what you would by renting a room, more privacy, and to "make the space your own" for a brief time.

One variation on this theme was the basis of the recent movie, "The Holiday", staring Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet. Cameron is a "full speed ahead and damn the torpedoes" producer of blockbuster film trailers who just broke up with her boyfriend. Kate is a shy reporter living in Surrey County, England, who writes a society column about weddings and finds her boyfriend got engaged to another girl at the London newspaper where three worked. Cameron want to get out of LA, Kate wants to go anywhere at all, so long as it was far from London. The Internet brings them together and they exchange houses for two weeks.

As with regular vacation rental deals, there are many websites which list exactly this kind of opportunity. Of course, you have to have a home to exchange, and no one can promise you will meet the love of your life while living in the exchange housing, but it is an really interesting opportunity to do something really different on your next vacation. Sometimes people also exchange cars as part of the deal.

Depending on where you shop for home exchanges for your next vacation, you can find swaps available in most any location around the world - one home exchange website has homes listed from as many as 75 countries. Many homes are offered the U.S., plus Mexico and the Caribbean. These kinds of exchanges are a bit different from a vacation rental, because there are normally done on at "no cost to either party" basis - you get free use of someone's house in exchange for giving them free use of your own house. In order to view detailed information about available homes, you will need to become a member of the home exchange network and post your house for exchange.

Arranging this kind of vacation swap is a lot tricker than just renting, because both parties have to want to go to the other location, at the same time, and for the same duration. And, you also have to be convinced that you want to live in their house while they have to want to live in yours.

In the movie, the LA site was a big, lavish, high tech California home while the Suffolk site was a remote, quaint, old English cottage. But the situation fit the needs of both parties. So it must be with you to make an exchange work successfully.

Home exchange services have been available since at least the early 1950's, so this is not something brought to the world by the invention of the Internet. Home exchange programs typically only show potential homes to registered members, who have filled out the requisite information requested by the home exchange program. This is done in part to enable the home exchange service to collect your information and to share it with others, but frequently, the information is also gathered to protect both parties from potential damages, brought by irresponsible home swappers. Detailed home information and pictures also kept only behind a membership website, in order to prevent criminals from browsing the home information anonymously.

Some websites also allow the listing of campers, RV's or yachts. Do you have a yacht in the harbor at Miami, but where you really want to be is Bora-Bora? You might find a ship's captain anchored in Bora-Bora who desires to swap boats for a week or four.

Exchanges of his kind are usually for at least one week, but may be for longer - maybe a month, maybe a year, whatever both parties can agree to do. This kind of arrangement really is based on the principal that both parties are willing to trust the other with their home, and are willing to take good care of the other's house and property. There are some good people in this world, and that's the kind of people that the home exchange websites are hoping to bring together.

The process of such an arrangement first involves searching listings until you find a location you are interested in visiting, where there is another person who is interested in coming to where your house resides (That is unless you are working on that RV or yacht option). Next you establish a dialog with the owner about the exchange. Cameron Diaz was able to conclude her first home exchange arrangement via the Internet, in a matter of minutes the night before she boarded a plane for London. That kind of thing may happen in movies, but you should expect that it will take a lot longer to arrange your own home exchange vacation.

A homeowner may have restrictions regarding the use of their home. Perhaps they allow smoking, perhaps not. They may accept children or pets, they may not. These are all details that the parties have to work out with one another. You also need to think about information your house guest might need in the case of emergencies (plumber, electrician, etc.) or you might want to suggest the name of a babysitter if your guests include smaller size persons in their vacation party.

Other issues you need to consider are the terms of your homeowners insurance, automobile insurance, yacht insurance, etc., depending on the scope and nature of the arrangement. You don't want to find out your insurance became void because you let someone else live in your house. You should also ask appropriate questions about the same issues with you living in the other house, just in case something unforeseen happens.

A house exchange could be a very interesting adventure. You probably won't meet Cameron Diaz or Kate Winslet, but you might have a very good time.

Vacation home exchanges are an idea that many people will consider an excellent option to renting a hotel room in a distant city, but if the home exchange concept is a little risque for you, then consider visiting the website shown below, where we provide listings to vacation home "rentals" around the country and around the world.

Jeb Maxwell http://www.findvacationrentals.com/ <![CDATA[Vacation Rentals - Undiscovered Travel Retreats]]> http://stephhealth.com/?p=206 2010-04-08T09:36:24Z 2010-04-03T18:40:05Z Vacation time may be several months away, and you may be starting to think about where and what might be the perfect vacation this year - the beach, golf resort, SCUBA diving, skiing, maybe just sight seeing? And you think about places you have been - and the problems you have had.

You cannot forget the time you went on vacation and discovered that the rooms that were really too small, or the room service was bad. There was also the time that the people in the next unit were loud and obnoxious, and the primary reason you had taken a vacation was to find peace and quiet. If only you could have the comforts of your home magically transported to your fantasy destination, then you could have had the perfect vacation.

Well, your dream arrangement is (almost) possible - you just have to look at vacation rental of a home, condo or cabin instead of hotels, motels and resorts. If you've never tried a vacation rental, there is a whole world of opportunities out there, just waiting for you to discover them.

Lots of people have vacation homes or condos that they use only part of the year. Many of these people rent out their places when they know they aren't going to be there to use it themselves. The process is a little different than pulling up in front of a Best Western or Holiday Inn, but the principle is the same - you get to use a room or set of rooms where you are able to reside, for the length of your vacation.

Normally hotel, motel or resort rooms are relatively small. So things can get a bit tight, particularly if the kids are along, or if are there or two, three or four couples who have a routine of vacationing together. By renting a vacation home or condo you will get more space, some privacy, and you may be able to get luxury features you haven't been able to install yet under your own roof. Another thing - you can find vacation rental units of practically all kinds, practically anywhere in the country - or, for that matter, in the world.

There are literally thousands of places available that are private homes, condos, cabins, etc., available for vacation rental. And, the facilities available in these rentals range from rustic to lavish, comfortable and spacious.

There are thousands of companies around the world acting as agents for owners. Many of these agents have listings in every state of the United States, plus Mexico and the Caribbean. They are really just booking agents, but they have information on a huge number of properties in a large number of locations. They have listings in Central America, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the South Pacific. Unless you had your heart set on a vacation in Antarctica, it doesn't seem like there can be much of anywhere that you will not be able to find vacation rentals.

Most agents found online and offline have vacation rental homes in US destinations, and many also have access to international listings. On the Internet, you will be able to find listings provided by agents - and vacation rentals by owner. At most websites that cater to the vacation rental industry, listings will contain a full inventory of what a particular property has to offer the vacationer and most of those listings contain several photographs, including interior and exterior photos.

Many vacation home rentals can be found near the center of major tourist areas, such as Disney World in Florida, or near beaches - perhaps even on the beachfront - in many coastal states. Other vacation rental homes are located out in the boondocks, such as in the wooded and mountainous regions of Arkansas, Colorado or Tennessee.

For instance, there is the 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath, lakeside, log home at Presque Isle, Wisconsin, located on the shores of Presque Isle Lake, an hours' drive south of Lake Superior. The property is a rustic wilderness stone and log cabin on top of a ridge, with sleeping space for up to 14 people. Overlooking the 1500-acre, crystal clear waters of Presque Isle Lake in the North Woods, this log cabin receives guest's year-around. During the summer, many families enjoy the swimming off of the cabin's lakeside dock, and anglers enjoy an ample supply of trophy Muskie, Walleye and Bass from the dock and by boat.

Let's say you are thinking about taking the family to Breckenridge, Colorado for a week of skiing or snowboarding fun. A short search on the Internet will give you a sizable list of resorts or hotels to choose from. They have nice rooms, food service, probably a pool, and transit service to the slopes. But what is available in a vacation rental?

There are more than two-dozen vacation homes available in Breckenridge, Colorado. You can access descriptions and photographs of many of these homes. Facilities range from units that sleep 6 to exclusive townhouses that provide sleeping quarters for up to 22 people. Rates start at $70 per day to $20,000 per week. That would seem palatial to me. I wonder if the rates are negotiable?

Finding exactly the right-sized home, with the desired amenities, for the price you are willing to pay will take some searching. You should really take the time to decide what kind of a place you really want, the amenities, and how many people will be going with you, before you start going though lists. Of course, some people go to Breckenridge in the summer, rather than during the winter for the ski season, and rentals are available, even during the off-season.

With a vacation rental you get more space and special amenities compared with a conventional hotel, motel or resort. The cost per square foot is usually less, but the amount of space is usually more. You have more privacy, but you will probably have to do your own cooking and wash your own dishes. As with everything else, you have to decide how you want to spend you time and your money - what do you value and how much is it worth to you?

Picking and booking the right vacation home may require some time, but it is also time well spent with people you love. Compared to the hotel experience, a vacation home rental is an excellent option that you should consider for your next vacation. It might create that perfect memory you have been looking to achieve for your family.

Suppose, instead of Breckenridge and skiing, you are interested in a week at the beach, a weekend in the woods, or a week following your favorite NASCAR event. On January 20th, 2008, it is estimated that four million people will be in Washington D.C. for the inauguration of President-Elect Barack Obama. Hotels were sold out weeks ago... but there are still plenty of vacation rentals in the greater D.C. metropolitan area, looking for renters. Some people are even renting their homes to visitors coming in for the inauguration and taking the opportunity to visit grandma, while someone else is renting their home.

Ann Arbor is a wonderful place to visit. The University is co-mingled with the city and greatly expands the cultural places and events available in the area.

The University offers several museums which are open to the public, usually only for a small donation. Near the central campus area are the Art Museum, the Museum of Natural History, and the Kelsey Museum of Archeology.

  • The Art Museum has a great collection and has recently expanded their facility.
  • The Museum of Natural History also has a planetarium.
  • There are several performance venues in town and nearly always a very wide variety of musical performances available. The U of M also has two carillons which provide periodic performances, as well as tours. One is located at Burton Tower on the main campus, and one is located on the north campus.

Another fun place for kids and adults is the Ann Arbor Hands on Museum, located in the old firehouse near City Hall. The museum has many interactive science displays and demonstrations, as well as a gift shop.

The city of Ann Arbor has dozens of city parks. One of the largest of these is Gallup Park on the Huron River. The park has miles of pathways, many paved, boat rentals, playgrounds, fishing, and other activities. It is also possible to rent canoes for trips down the scenic Huron River.

The U of M has the Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichols Arboretum, both beautiful places to stroll and relax.

There are also numerous opportunities to either watch or participate in sports. The U of M Football team plays on Saturdays throughout the fall at the famous Michigan Stadium. Crisler Arena, next door to Michigan Stadium hosts basketball games, as well as other events. There are also hockey, swimming, diving, volleyball, track, and gymnastic events, just to name a few.

Check well in advance for tickets, especially for football games. Football Saturdays in Ann Arbor are a fun and memorable experience, even if you can't get in to the game. It is sometimes possible to catch a practice by the Michigan Band in the fall, as well.

For participating in sporting activities, the city has the Washtenaw County Recreation Center, the Ice Cube, the Y, city pools, bike paths, and bike lanes on many city streets.

An amazing spectrum of food is available throughout the city. Zingerman's Deli, though a bit pricey, deserves a special mention because of their rich offering of amazingly yummy foods. Some food establishments come and go, and others have been around for decades, but there is no lack of opportunity for great food.

Each summer during the last week of July, the city transforms itself for the Art Fairs. All of downtown and campus is covered with artists booths. Several different art fairs cover all genres of art, from exquisite fine art, to all ilk of crafts. Several stages are located throughout the city for the art fairs and live entertainment is plentiful.

Ann Arbor is a beautiful, tree filled city with many bike and walking paths. Public transportation is readily available, with guides available on most buses, as well as online. It is wise to take advantage of the public transportation or bike paths because parking is often a challenge, especially for large events. Ann Arbor is a great city with lots of things to see and do. Downtown is nearly always alive at night, as well as during the day. Go visit and have fun!
